Company services
We provide two types of company service.
In-house adviser
Firstly, we provide an in-house financial advice service for several of the companies that our clients work for. It works extremely well for everyone, because there is no cost to the company and yet the value to its employees can be huge. In effect, we are offering an additional employee benefit at no extra cost.
It works like this. First of all, we find out what level of interest there is amongst your colleagues to have a chat with an independent adviser who would be based in your office for an afternoon or a morning. We often find people have been meaning to speak to someone about their will, their mortgage or their pension, but have just not managed to get around to it, so having someone available in-house is extremely useful.
Depending on the level of demand, we then agree how frequently it would make sense to visit your offices and if there is a lot of interest in a particular topic, then we often put together short lunchtime presentations.
Group schemes
In addition to our in-house service, we provide advice on group pension and insurance schemes. We have access to a full range of company pension and benefit options and we provide advice on the most cost-effective scheme that will provide your employees with the benefits they value the most.
